We quote per quotation.. we ask for a 40% deposit upfront once quotation is accepted

1. Don't overbuild..compare the home you want with other homes in your street. You never want to be the most expensive house cause you might not get you money back when you sell
2. Always budget at least 20% more for the unexpected...pipe leak inside walls..rotting wood..bathroom floors giving way ect
3. Always add at least one week longer on all renovation deadlines

We definitely need to come measure up the job ourselves in order to give the correct quotation. We need to know the clients availability.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We gaurentee work yes we have a standard 1 year repair warrenty on all our workmanship and discounted rates for all repairs after that
