Depending on the job and materials that are required as well as if it’s a small scale job or a larger job. Larger jobs are priced per job and smaller jobs have an hourly rate.

- scope of works - indication of finishes such as tiles, paint colour and spec that they would like - being able to brief me correctly so that I can accurately quote on the works.

I do guarantee all my work it is dependent on the scope of work that is carried out.
