I have always got the customer in mind when performing my duties. I aim to stay within the budget, make sure the quality of work is up to standard, and done professionally, within the giving time frame.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have qualifications in : Draughting (Draughting Academy) Project management (UCT). With the qualifications, I have pursued over the years. It has raised my work standards to be known for professionalism and accuracy within my current fields.

We specialize in flooring.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Usually, we ask for 70% upfront and the balance once the job has been complete. In some cases, the client fully pays for the materials and then the installation fee once everything is to the client's satisfaction.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I've worked in the flooring industry and have made many contacts. Hence getting discounted rates on most of my products.

Making sure the surface we working on is sufficiently level. Having a clear understanding of what the job entails. trusting the process.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Firstly I would need the measurements of the area that the client would like to be quoted on Second, if the customer has an idea of the desired look (eg: products to be used, Laminate, Vinyl, or carpeting.)

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have 5 years of experience in my field and in those years I haven't had any bad reviews or past issues with any clients. I'm always looking for ways to improve the customer's outcome and give the most honest and fair work possible.
