How do you normally charge for your service?
Charge's depend on quantity when it comes to branding ,
I charge a set up fee once of on branding orders.
Each item is costed according to the set up fee, branding charge and the item it self.
If print ready artwork is supplied no design fee is applicable .
If design is needed this is charged @ R250 per logo
What makes your pricing competitive?
I am a registered trade only supplier with Amrod and Kevro , this gives me access to cost pricing on items and as I am a small business owner my margins are not as high as bigger corporate companies .

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
For branded order full payment and approval is needed.
For unbranded orders COD is fine .
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Yes I guarantee all work done , we have a 30 day return policy for all defected items .

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I started from experience and not from scratch , I make sure that a pre-production layout is sent to the client for approval before starting production , once approved and the order is paid production begins .
If there are any differences from what was approved and what was produced , the company takes full responsibility to replace and rebrand any incorrect items .
