Our team are registered Tax Practitioners, Bcompt degree holders, Postgraduates in Accounting and registered with South African Accounting Bodies. We are currently servicing small business owners remotely across South Africa. No company is too small for us.

We have no niche-specific industry requirement We do seek to engage with small/startups which we can manage for them remotely. Our clientele is very diverse in nature (Hair Salons, Personal Development coaches, Digital Agencies, Aluminium manufacturers, Tour Operators and Transport companies, Labour Consultants, Telecommunication service providers, Strategic Consultants to name a few).

How do you normally charge for your service?

We quote bespoke! Each client is unique to us. Similar but not exactly the same. We quote upon receiving supporting documents and having a discussion with the client to gain insight into what the client needs on a monthly, weekly, annual basis.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our team works remotely and therefore we do not have the overheads of rent and office space that necessitates the need for increased prices. We offer GREAT value for money to the small business owner.

1. Keep records of all expenses without having an Accountant appointed to your small business. 2. If your transactions are in an existing reporting file (Excel, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero etc), it will save you some money (provided the capturing is correct and requires no remedial work). 3. Never be shy to ask for a discount.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1. A phone conversation to understand the business (very important) 2. Access to your e-filing profile 3. Bank statements 4. Latest Annual Financials Signed off. 5. Existing tax status with SARS (goes with point 2) 6. CIPC Status.
