We try to offer our customers a "all in one service" We specialize in the Home Automation industry.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We accept cash/EFT and 50% to 70% deposits if its a Home Automation quote

We keep in guidelines with our dealer pricing specified in the industry. So we cant go over or under in price.

We need to assess the site We work well when a customer gives us a budget to work with. This helps us to give of our best to the customer. We also need to know what brands the customer might be interested in. We also give our customers 2 to 3 options before making a decision.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are an insured business. We offer a 3 month guarantee on workmanship. However will not be held liable for any damage or loss due to theft, weather, electrical interferences / malfunction, fire, lightning, or any Act of God.
