I am a Professional Faux Paint Technique Specialist and combine this with my Interior Decorating expertise and skills. What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have 10 years experience in my field, and studied in the field of Interior Decorating and Draughting. I also did hands on training for my specialist paint techniques which I too studied. My personal expertise in painting covers all surfaces, from raw wood, super wood, all high quality woods, stains, varnishes, chemical compositions, paints and related products to guarantee a quality finish on completion. These surfaces also extend to melamine, walls, concrete, plastic, enamel, etc.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in both of the above, yet also offer a range of other services businesses or individuals may need, namely: Roofing, Suspended Ceilings, Bulk Heads, Ceilings, Damp Proofing, Cladding, Health & Safety, Bills of Quantities.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Initial consultations are charged for, however if the entire project is to be handed by Providence Interiors, the charge then gets deducted from the final Invoice.

What makes your pricing competitive?

For all multiple paint effects and painting handled solely by myself, I am able to give good pricing. There is then no 3rd party involved in sourcing the painting nor specialist paint effects.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If it is for painting, the surface of the items to be painted on should be in a paintable/acceptable condition. If repairs and excessive preparation needs to be undertaken, this can be time consuming and therefore more costly. If items need to be painted inside and out, this does add to the cost of the initial pricing. Another factor to consider is that if the item(s) is needing repairs or replacements hiring additional contractors to perform these will also increase the cost(s).

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I guarantee my workmanship, and use only the highest quality products. The guarantee does not cover accidental nor mechanical damage, this however can be repaired or repainted at a cost. I also offer after service workmanship.
