How do you normally charge for your service?
Our services are charged based on the scope and requirements of each project. We begin with a consultation fee, which covers the initial design discussion, concept development, and site evaluation if applicable.
Once the project scope and quotation are approved, a 70% deposit is required to commence the project. The remaining 30% balance is payable just before project completion, once all deliverables are near finalisation. This structure allows us to manage timelines efficiently and secure all materials and resources needed for a smooth project execution.

Our pricing is competitive because it’s value-driven and transparent. We tailor each quotation to the client’s specific needs, ensuring they only pay for what truly adds value to their project. By working directly with trusted suppliers and furniture manufacturers, we’re able to offer high-quality products and professional design services at fair and accessible rates — without compromising on style, quality, or detail.
We also structure our fees to be flexible across different project sizes, making it easier for clients to invest in professional design that fits their budget.

We currently don’t have business insurance in place; however, we take full responsibility for the quality and professionalism of our work.
