We charge a standard (market related) rate per square meter. In some cases the rate is inclusive of delivery and/or transport and sometimes transport/delivery is charged separately depending on the distance travelled to the site or the delivery address (for loose carpet and upholstery cleaning).

Yes the business has a public liability insurance and we provide a guarantee for our work of at least 3 months.
