Most terrible experiences I have ever had. Minefil was asked to do a first floor slab. He then insisted I put in a pay and clear transaction and created a great deal of urgency to secure the formwork. After that payment, he never came back and insisted on stinging me along. He didn't pay the owner of the formwork and he also didn't pay the guys that he brought through to work. He is untraceable at the addresses that he provided on all platforms online. He also uses different names across different platforms. He is very manipulative, dishonest and untraceable. PLEASE DO NOT USE OR TRUST HIM

Fili is a scam , he took over R240 0000 of mine . The slab has cracked in 1 month . He use workers from the streets who don’t know what they are doing . Always out of cash yet I paid her thousands weekly. He use wrong address so you can’t find him anywhere when looking for him

Good day. I had used Minefil Construction last year for a roofing job. The contractor had taken a deposit and then never came through to complete the job or even start. He had ghosted me and did not reply to my texts or answer my phone calls. It was a huge loss. Definitely not recommended.
