Executive Personal Assistant, Concierge and Lifestyle Management. We have 3 main service offerings, to Individuals and Families offering Lifestyle Management and eventing services, to the Entrepreneurs we have an excellent supplier base to assist with all aspects of business, many Entrepeneurs do not have a permanent base to conduct business and therefore a virtual business offering makes perfect sense. And Lastly, to SMEs and Corporates, Corporate Concierge Services have become more popular as more companies continually compete to recruit and retain the best talent in their industry. These benefits are commonly seen at companies that angle for the ‘Employer of Choice’ label.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Choose from our hourly, monthly and customised package plans. We will tailor make a package to suit your individual needs. Payment is made for services in advance. Costs of products and third party vendors are additional expenses. All prices are quoted are in South African Rands. Ad Hoc Fee is R370 per hour, however we can tailor make a package that suits your needs.

iAssist prefers to secure clients through a monthly retainer rather than ad hoc services. However all clients are treated as VIPs. We sign NDA's and have contracts with Ts & Cs enclosed. Our promise: We bring excellence, solutions, and care to everything we do.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are an established business with a proven track record.

It is always good for the Client and iAssist to do their own Due Diligence, not only on the business but on the individuals, we offer a fully transparent business, with the exception of disclosing our other clients identities.
