I am not insured, and I only get paid/rather the customer will pay me once they see that what we agreed on has been done.

Will I be able to know what's going on with my project? How long will my project take? What results should I expect from this project?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I always involve my customers in everything that I am doing, I don't try to hoodwink them, after all this is not rocket science
