Customer can save his and my time in some cases by supplying me with photos of the situation/problem so I can get the correct materials and therefore complete the job faster. I also get major discounts on materials.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes! I guarantee my work but cannot always guarantee the materials we get from our suppliers. This unfortunately is sometimes the issue. I try to get the best quality materials as well as affordable for the client.
