To conduct one hundred and fifty (150) life history interviews with Robben Island EX-Political Prisoners and their Families,75 in the Eastern Cape in (Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan,Sarah Baartman District and Buffalo City Metropolitan) and 75 in the Western Cape (Cape Town).Costs must include a breakdown as follows:-Interviews of 150 families in their own homes/places,production of 150 DVD's (digitised) and a DVD cover for the interviews showing a photo of the participants and their names and location,minimum of1080*2220 or higher resolution rate or picture taken with an HD mode 1280*720 pixels with English subtitles in the entire DVD.Photos must be taken of the interview to use as the DVD cover.2 sets of DVD copies of each interview must be produced i.e. 1 for the Family and the other 1 for the Robben Island Museum.A hard DVD cover and printing should be in full colour (both sides paper should be 180gsm MATT ART.All original footage generated during the interviews must be copied onto 3 TB USB 3.0 external hard drive and handed over to the Robben Island Museum upon completion.All research material will have to be sent to Robben Island, external hard drive etc.There 4 Research Assistants must each be given a copy of the DVD upon completion of the project.Intellectual property rights of all material will belong to Robben Island Museum.The time frame to conduct these interviews will be 5 months and 3 months to process DVD's.
