Printer & Copier Repairs Job - Milnerton, WC, 7435

Epson L3111 printer, Several problems. Does not print the whole sentence, only half ink showing. All ink colours are nearly full. Printed a picture, came but all pale green, although picture had red, and white roses in it. Not happy with Computer mania or incredible connection, they fob a customer off although I bought it from one of the two companies.
