Printer & Copier Repairs Job - Brackenfell North, WC, 7560

Hi. I have a home printer, HP 8020 office jetpro. It suddenly started saying "The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK" and I am not able to print. There is no paper jam, I checked. The carriage can move when I insert printer cartridges.
