Plumber Job - Vredekloof, WC, 7560

Need to have some chasing done to install new hot and cold water plumbing to a wall which currently has none. This is to install a new shower column, so the distance from top (ceiling) and the bottom (connecting to the pipe) is probably less than 1.5m. Existing pipes inside ceiling going to bath and basin very close to the point where these new pipes would enter the attic. No tiles to remove, no patching the current plaster. I just need the chasing done and pipes connected, with stoppers at the ends.
