Plumber Job - Gardens, WC, 8001

Hello, I’m looking to get my dishwasher plumbed into my rental apartment. The only available position for the machine is across the room from the sink, about 2m away. Because it’s a rental, I don’t want to cut into the cabinets, and there’s also a built-in oven between the sink and the dishwasher space. Would it be possible to run the water supply and drain externally (for example, in trunking along the wall) rather than through the cupboards? If so, could you give me an idea of the best approach and a rough cost estimate, including any hose extensions or fittings?.
