I need a written or whatsapp quote which I will approve ASAP. All quotes must be made out to Spinx Property Maintenance and sent directly to me. We don't pay for quotes but if you keep your prices reasonable you will get the work and we will use you all the time for all our facilities/properties. Quotes must not be given to the branch, nor must monies be discussed directly with them or in front of them. Once the work is complete and they have signed our job card you will invoice Spinx Property Maintenance. We are the customer, and we will pay you immediately. * I am also happy to pay deposits as required to cover materials! Note - under no circumstances must you leave your quote, job card, or invoice with them. If you are happy to work on this basis let me know and I will forward, you the property details where the work/quote must be done! The quote that we need is for the following:
