Locksmith Job - Garsfontein, GP, 0081

Good morning
We have recently moved into a new premises and the previous owners have lost certain keys and also not maintained external security locks. Could you kindly quote me on the following:
- replacing an external pedestrian gate lock (removing existing cylinder bolt lock and replacing with one we have purchased). This key is missing.
- replacing dual cylinder bolt locks on external security door, with matched keys. The one lock is functional and we have the key, the bottom lock is keyed the same but seems to be jammed closed.
