Locksmith Job - Randview, GP, 2198

Good morning. On 6th September 2024 I received and paid an invoice #100 on your letterhead for work done and which still needed to be done. Dawid Mostert removed the lock from our bedroom door to source a new one. He did WhatsApp me on 19th September that he now had the new lock and would come either that day or the next to install it. Even after many messages and promises I am still waiting for the lock to be fitted. He arranged to be here on 7th January 2025 . Please can you follow up and make sure we have a new lock on our bedroom door. Many thanks
