Locksmith Job - Kuils River, WC, 7580

I need a few things done. I need our current locks to be changed from from current buzzer gate to magnet system. There are 3 of these gates. Then I would like one of these to be put on 2 gates that currently doesn't have any buzzer system. Then I also have a key that broke off I'm a gate that I would like removed. I also have a door that is locked with keypad that I would like to change from current which also buzzer to a magnetic system.
