Quick update on the criminal that stole from me. His name is Navara Moiana
On 17 September 2024 I requested the services of a carpenter on Uptasker. On 18 September 2024 Navara Moiana contacted me and came to my house to give me a quotation. The full amount of the quotation was R17 956 of which he requested a 70% deposit. On the same day I made an electronic deposit of R13 000 into his SASFIN account (account number 78603227061)
He was supposed to start the installation within two days. Instead, he called me and asked for an additional R2 000. I knew then that I was scammed. Up to date he has not provided the service nor refunded my deposit upon my request. I opened a case against him at the Sinnoville Police station. Case number 231/2/2025 with the investigating officer being Sergeant SP Mathobela . All his bank accounts are undergoing a Forensic investigation and soon he will not be able to have any bank account. I can not wait for the police to get hold of him. In the meantime, I will keep on warning everyone about Navara Moiana, the thief who came from Mozambique to steel from South Africans.
