Kitchen Renovation Job - Inanda, KZN, 4310

I need a low-cost, full kitchen renovation. I want built-in cupboards for the kitchen and if space allows, I'd like an island. If possible, I'd like everything to be R20 000 or lower. The cost of appliances is not included. I need it to be highly functional but also long-lasting.
