Internet Installation Job - Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, WC, 7441

I have two levels in the house. Upstairs its good. Download 88.8 and upload 78.3 Mbps. Its a telkom fibre feed. Downstairs is a problem. I have tried a few options to boost the signal there - currently the Nova boxes but don't know if they are even working. I need someone to assess what I have and how to improve it.
