We are wanting to
1)convert section of house to granny cottage - this will be first priority. It involve knocking of some walls out to put in front door + back door. Doing a small kitchenette. Redo ceilings. Closing up a section (rhino board)
2)build on a master bedroom with on suite bathroom and 2nd small bedroom, with a stoepie connecting to existing stoepie. We want to extend a sun room in current house & knock out a kitchen wall to make it open plan & we want to level out one room to have everything level in the house.
3)build a braai area.
