Resurfacing (screeding) and pant of double garage floor, filling holes/small cracks in walls and painting - interior and exterior, replace 2 x room doors, replace toilet cistern (water tank), replace cracked lounge tiles (8 - 10 off) with matching batch tiles (will be provided), repair, refurbish and paint wood work of loft stair case, re-secure ceiling boards in loft room, remove three windows in garage and replace with glass bricks, repair hole in ceiling in study room, repair door frame of study room, remove and re-grout showers (2) tiles, re-melamine 10 cupboard doors, repair/fix loose cupboard door hinges and remove floor of outside toilet never built.
