Home Renovation Job - Primrose Hill, GP, 1401

Remove a wall between lounge and 3rd bedroom. The idea is to create a lounge dinning room (3rd bedroom to be the dining room). Estimate length is 3 m, standard floor to ceiling height. Its an apartment on the 3rd and last floor. There is no one above except the roof. I don't know which way the roof trussers run and if that particular wall has a supporting beam or not. The floor is tiled - I do have a few extra tiles to fill in where the wall is removed.
