I live in a Townhouse complex, The unit adjacent to me, the carport is causing damp on and in my bedroom. This needs to be repaired and rectified. Both Carport drainage and damp proofing and painting of bedroom wall. Please see below work to be done or call for a viewing to quote:

SEAL BETWEEN WALL N STEEL FRAME AND ALSO BETWEEN ROOF SHEET N STEEL FRAME
OPEN ANOTHER DRAIN HOLE ON THE CENTRE FROM GUTTER TO ROOF SHEET N STEEL FRAME
SEAL ALL DAMP WALLS WITH WATERTITE SEALER REPAINT BEDROOMM WALLS.
