I would like a couple of things done that we can look at in a phase approach depending on cost.
1. Hang 6 internal doors with fittings
2. Repair internal ceilings and drop down light
3. Replace bottom and top cornering internal
4. Replace old light switches with new once (Half has been done already)
5. Install vinal flooring main entrance, dining / living room and passage
6. Install new Carpets in 3 rooms
7. Paint entire internal house white
8. Build new Fire Place and break old one off
9. Install new door and frame on patio
10. Install 4 new sliding windows and frames on patio
11. Break out Bath and install shower.
