Gardener Job - Moreletapark, GP, 0181

We have a small complex with 4 houses. We are looking for someone to keep the sidewalk clean (Pavement) of litter and weeds. And also a portion of the sidewalk is grass and needs to be mowed once a week. There are also 3 large palm trees that requires attention a few times a year, to trim the seeds and old branches (But this can be a separate arrangement). Basically someone once a week, to mow a lawn (Without garden beds), and keep the pavement clean. (No need to even enter the complex.
