I have CNC-routed 12 mm birch plywood parts for a university project. The components are already cut, and I need assistance with finishing. Specifically:
2 mm fillets on the corners
Sanding of all surfaces
Application of a matte, water-based sealer finish
There are 6 components in total. Once assembled, the structure will measure approximately 650 mm in height, 900 mm in width, and 400 mm in depth. I will provide renders to show the intended final look. The work needs to be completed by Wednesday next week at the latest, but preferably earlier if possible. I may be able to provide access to a handheld CNC for the fillets, as well as materials for the finishing, but I’m not certain yet. It’s important that the end result looks professionally done, as this project will be submitted for grading. We are allowed to outsource the finishing, so I’m looking for someone who can help me achieve a high-quality result.
Render 1 – Final assembled look. Please ignore the cork, focus is only on plywood parts. All plywood edges will have 2 mm fillets, lightly rounded to soften sharpness.
