Carpenter Job - North Riding, GP, 2162

Hi there,
1. I have a kitchen door (with a doggy door) that has swollen and cannot close properly. Are you able to plane it for me?
2. The lounge has a double French door. This door's bottom rail is completely rotten. Some type of mushroom is growing out of one door. A suggestion was made to cut the bottom rail and side rail off and replace the bottom rail with an oversized rail. There is also no brass cut-off rail below the doors to keep the water outside. As such, the doors sit in water and slowly decompose. Can you please quote me on the above? You are welcome to inspect the doors at the house in North Riding during next week. I will share my tenants' details to arrange a time and date with them.
