In brief:
with interim (current) accountant as previous company disappointed me - never filed my company tax 4 years ago and now I have to make a plan to pay Sars back
current accountant found out that my company was deregistered at CIPC but could not determine when that happened or why
they helped me register a new company recently
I'm this week going to start the process of opening a business bank account which I've not had in the past
need an accountant to take care of my personal and business tax matters
need open, honest and trustworthy business - very responsive
proactive work so that I can plan properly
With regards the above, I therefore need to speedily get things sorted with SARS - filing is behind now and for some reason also Sars does not seem to know that my previous company got deregistered.
