What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to visit the location you want the service We always ask to send us a pin drop via Whatsapp, to make sure you are within our coverage area.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee our workmanship. You have 7 calendar days to report and workmanship faults. There after we bill for a call out. Our internet service has and will run at 99% uptime. Most issues are resolved remotely within 30min, during business hours
