We typically require 50% upfront payment for new clients and then we work on a retainer basis once you are a client.

We work with our clients to understand their budget and then for them to understand the work hours/input required to perform the desired output they desire. In that way, when we both are a little uncomfortable, then we have secured a good competitive price.

Not yet, but yes, if we are found to have not delivered as per expectation, we will redo the work at no extra cost.
