I charge call out fee, which is payable only if we get to the customer, inform the customer the problem and how much is needed to get the job done, then the customer chooses not to proceed with the job

We try by all means to source quality spares, from reputable companies but at an affordable price

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

Aircon service starts from r450 upwards but if Airconditioners are 3 and more each will be serviced for R300 and if they are 10 and above for r250 each

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1 Brand name of fridge, TV, Aircon etc 2 Size /capacity of fridge, TV, Coldrooms etc 3 Problem, how the machine is behaving compared to how it was behaving before

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We offer a 6 month guarantee on all jobs done. However our guarantee does not include gas in case of fridges unless if we do pipe replacement
