I have a bcompt in financial accounting from unisa. I'm a saiba member I've been working in the accounting sector for the last 8 years doing bookkeeping, accounting and payroll. I've done Emp201 and Emp501 returns Uif as well as SAL returns

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in the manufacturing and construction sectors

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have 2 tiered structure. Gold being our standard one which caters for those with monthly bookkeeping, accounting software, processing of all transactions submission of tax returns: VAT, Withholding tax, provisional tax and income tax Payroll services: submission of EMP201 and EMP501 Then we have the top service being the platinum under which you get a dedicated accountant on call as well as all the services under gold standard. We also do management reports on a monthly basis.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Our services are not billed per hour hence the customer won't be in for a surprise come the end of the month. We're upfront and stick to that agreed fee. We're prompt on delivery times as such the customer won't get penalties for late returns with SARS.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The needs analysis and expectations of the customer. I need to know the system that they have in place so that I can see what exactly will be needed in terms of software

My work is guaranteed as we work closely with external certified auditors
