Depends on the job if it's a call out. Individual keys have a set price. After hours and public holidays discussed with client.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Be very clear on job requirements as additional work will be charged extra. If you are able to wait for working hours of Think Keys (for example for a door in your home) do so, as cost considerably less. Feel free to get quotes for peace of mind.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The size of the job. We invoice according to what is communicated. If you have three locks that need replacing, state this as each separate request will be invoiced separately.
