How do you normally charge for your service?

We have calculated our total expenses within our company to calculate the average cost per hour to cover the overheads, this includes standard markups to our quotes (30% best there is) We charge R350 per hour but if a project is more than 5-6 days we relook at the cost.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Just our pricing showcases our competitiveness. R350.00 per hour, 35% markup on materials, R3,50 p/km on travel, plumbing emergency call outs, between 17:00pm - 06:30am are R850.00 and R450.00 per hour there after & you can reclaim from your insurance with our invoice and report. It just depends on your insurance provider.

Free quotations all year. Projects that are R100,000.00 in value or more may be discounted up to 10% T&C’s apply.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We offer a service most of our competitors don’t. We can conduct the work you need us to do with only a 30% deposit and you have 3-6 months to pay off the balance of what you were quoted. Example: Client wants to paint the roof & we quote R20,000.00 to do so we need R4,000.00 deposited and the client will pay us R5,333.33 over the period of 3 months. What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We always want to conduct a site inspection for correct Costings to be done. Appointments are the best solution to get accurate quotations.

We wouldn’t accept any job or project if we couldn’t handle it. We would refer or recommend another company if the task was not within our means. We have never done that so that is great! Honest is best, we treat your home as if it were our very own.
