We as the Specto Team are Relationship focused individuals that will strive to build honest, reliable and trustworthiness with our clients.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Spectoclean is owned, managed and led by a dedicated on the job business entrepreneur...Kevin. He has been Operational since 2016 and has grown the company with integrity, leadership and Skill. He has taken Spectoclean to do a variety of cleaning projects and just about everywhere in and outside Cape Town. He has a Higher Diploma Qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Studied at Damelin College.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We Specialise in Cleaning and Facilities Management. We service a variety of Guesthouses and Airbnb properties in and around Cape Town.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge per clean and we usually include all the costs into one invoice. We have different pricing options eg: Monthly, Daily, Regular and Once - Off cleaning packages.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing is motivated by the needs and requirements of our clients. Affordable and Fair pricing is what's important to us and that's base in the understanding of our customers requirements.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

We offer carpet cleaning at only R18.00sqm for approximately 40-60sqm. Anything from 60-1000sqm or more we charge appropriately R15.00sqm...depending on the condition of the carpets.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We do not charge a call out fee within 50km - 80km raduis. Any distance from there a call out fee will be considered and discussed with the client. We use our own cleaning equipment and cleaning materials. Spectoclean and its Cleaning teams are insured should any Breakages take place on site.

Yes we are insured.

Will there be on site supervision during the clean? What is the duration of the clean? How soon can you come?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I believe in constant communication with our clients. I know my cleaning staff individually. Clients only make payment once the cleaning task is completed and client is satisfied.
