Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We do have liability insurance and our work is valid for the day the inspection was done, anything can happen and we only supply a snap shot report. We can not foresee future events at time of inspection.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Do they have accreditation, if so check it, SAHITA and InterNachi both publish their inspectors credentials.
Are they registered with NABISA (National association of building inspectors South Africa)
Does the inspector maintain records for 3-5 years to trace any queries? We do?
Are their reports accepted and approved for contract use by Standard Bank/FNB/ABSA/Nedbank etc?
