We offer competitive pricing and unrivaled quality. This quality doesn't only extend to our general services but to our customer service as well. It all goes back to our old company motto, "We're not here to help clients take the next step, we're here to help them climb the whole damn staircase."

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All of our employees are either educated in business/marketing or are in the process of receiving their degrees. However, we only hire based on experience and abilities, further education is simply a plus!

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We currently specialize in Paid Advertising, however, our business was founded on copywriting/graphic design projects.

How do you normally charge for your service?

It depends on the client. We generally like to charge a monthly retainer for services, however, we do take once-off payments split between a deposit and a final payment. If the client is based in South Africa, we'll typically conduct business first and then take payment at the end of the month. If the client is based overseas, we generally take payment first.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing falls in line with South African standards and far below global standards.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

All of our projects come with unlimited revisions for up to 30 days after the completion of the project. We also offer Month to Month retainer options for clients that are still on the fence.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We generally shave 10% off the total monthly retainer payment if the client signs a 6-month+ long contract. We also don't charge for any set-ups, all of that comes completely free! By signing with us, you're automatically benefiting from that saving.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Depending on what service you're looking for, we'll cover what we need in a phone call/zoom meeting/email thread. Don't worry, we'll walk you through the entire process!

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We do guarantee our work. We offer unlimited revisions for up to 30 days after the completion of the project. This is to ensure that you receive exactly what you want. We also offer monthly reports and weekly updates to our clients. This keeps them 100% in the loop with where we are in the timeline.
