Fast, affordable and reliable service, great feedback during the collection and delivery process. I was quoted a price, accepted it almost immediately and even though the round trip was over 120km, the item was collected and delivered in approx. 2 hours. Best price quoted by far for same-day, almost immediate, personalized courier service.

We charge per kilometre and all labour involved. Our prices are not only competitive but will always include an extra hand (where applicable) within the price.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are able to do most jobs for half the price of our competitive. We are a small (but growing) company so we price fairly with a low profit margin. We aim for customer satisfaction, rather than profits.

Returning customers always get tailored pricing. Referrals also get prices cut into a lower price than what is usual.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Knowing all items that need to moved (should it be a move or relocation). Get packaging ahead of time (usually a week ahead), this allows for the customer to pack over a week. It ensures that as you pack you do not forget anything or pack in a rush. Always clean up after all items are removed, because many landlords charge extra if they have to clean the place for you. Extra tip: take pictures before and after of your place with the landlord/ agent, referred to as an inspection.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Collection and Delivery Addresses. Exact items that need transport. Dates of when goods would need to be transported. Contact details of collection people (if courier / delivery job requested).

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee our work by ensuring all items have pictures taken before and after. As well as a strict policy to replace broken items or get them fixed (should damage be caused by us).

What services are they getting. A full extensive quote explaining everything and how the company works. Who to contact in order to track progress. Where they can leave a review for people to get a feel for services given.
