From the beginning of the telephonic request to fix our machine and quote, everything went smoothly. A friendly voice over the phone, open communication, the efficient request for information concerning our machine and the request of the problem we were experiencing plus the quick arrival of Dean and Sharone to our home on the appointed day to fix our faulty machine. After the machine was tested and everything ran smoothly Dean cleaned the area and sanitised the machine. What a great service! I will definitely contact them again for assistance if I have a faulty appliance.
