How do you normally charge for your service?

To protect each customer we work on a progress payment basis platform. - You pay the deposit to secure your scheduled calendar booking and then again with each progress when such progress item is triggered; Progress payments are as follow for each amount less than R10,000.00. - Booking Fee (Consist of:) * Deposit 10% of Quote amount * Project Implementation Fee - Total Value of Materials (We cannot book your Project unless you have paid your booking Fee) - Progress Payment 1 - PP1 is paid when the project is completed. NB!.: PLEASE NOTE: you have a 5 day cooling off period for any amount higher than R10,000.00. - If you act on your cooling off period within 5 days then you will be refunded the Deposit less 15% and you will be refunded your project implementation fee LESS 17.5% for restocking/handling fee of materials - If you act on your cooling off period after 5 days then you will only be refunded 25% of your total booking fee value a) Progress payment Booking Fee (BF) is the fee that we require to book your project and to start the process of demolition and materials planning and ordering process. We cannot book your project without these two payments. - Deposit 10% - Project implementation Fee 15% b) Progress Payment Stage one (S1) is only paid after we have completed demolition. - Progress Payment (S1) c) Progress Payment Stage Two (S2) is paid following partial prep and delivery of stage 1, 2 and 3 materials to site. - Progress Payment (S2) d) Progress Payment Stage Three (S3) is paid following Partial installations and required for final installation and finishing stage materials delivery to site. - Progress Payment (S3) e) Final Payment Balance (FB) is paid when works is completed. - Final Balance MUST be paid within 24 hrs after works completed - Final Balance (FB)

Customers can save money in the following three ways: 1) Customers should know what they want upfront. The longer we are on site during quotes the more it will cost at the end. 2) be sure of your project plan, everytime you change your mind on a materials or plan of action it will cost you valuable money 3) dont choose your materials too fast, think it through. Changing materials is a costly excercise
