Dec 23, 2023I requested a repair for my TV on the 5th of December, a technician was assigned on the 6th of December. To this day the technician has not contacted me, upon calling I was told the vehicle was broken and was promised a collection the next day. Still no-one contacted me. NB : I am a policy holder.
