1. Buy a domain with more years so that you prevent annual renewals 2. If you already have a logo and branding, send it so us the logo should be in png format so that we don't have to redraw it. A redraw is most likely to include an extra fee. 3. there's no three

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

If the company has enough media for a website. the first the we ask for is the company profile. We hope to get most of the details there. We can be creative with the wording on the site, but if the client want to write something specific, getting those details before we begin would be of great help.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Our work is money back guarantee. We don't ask you to pay the full fee before the work is completed. We will ask you to pay the domain amount and the hosting amount first. Which is usually 50% of the charged fee. Once the website has been built you will be able to view it an Okay it. The deposit amount is non refundable, if you don't like the original design we can work around on getting a good design for you or transfer your domain back to you if you wish to work with someone else
