Non-existent service, worse communication. Our washing machine was taken by them for them to phone us 5min before delivery of our ‘fixed’ washing machine, only to be told that they don’t have our machine and they had brought us a ‘better’ one instead, because it would be ‘easier that way’. Long story short, the ‘better’ washing machine is in worse condition (not working) than our old one. Blatant dishonesty.
