Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We deliver fast and accurate service and provide the customer with progress updates and reports to ensure that they are aware of what is being done all the time.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have 30 years experience in the accounting field and payroll field and have worked in large and small businesses honing my skills. I am a qualified accountant registered with SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants), a registered payroll practitioner with SAPA (South African Payroll Association) and a registered Tax Practitioner.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Accounting and Annual Financial Statements Payroll Individual and Company Tax Returns New company registrations (CIPC) and the set up of new companies

How do you normally charge for your service?

I do have a per hour rate, and also with companies and large projects have monthly retainers for the total cost of the project in order for companies and individuals to budget for a large cost.

Quality service and quick turn around at an affordable price

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

For the period 01 January to 15 February 2022 the 2021 rates will be applicable for new customers, for once off and monthly retainers.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Ensure you know what needs to be done - what service you are looking for 2. Prepare information in spreadsheets, systems and/or scan supporting documents in order and properly named 3. Ensure complete information are provided

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to know what service are required, how large the project is, if it is ad hoc or ongoing and what the deadline of the project is. Also, the state of the source data as it will have an impact on delivering the service

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

No, I am not an insured business

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Does your accountant return your calls? Do you feel comfortable asking them a question? Do you feel heard? With the right accountant, the answer should be a resounding "Yes"!

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I respond quickly on calls, emails and questions from customers, ensure there is open communication and that they feel comfortable with the progress. Give customers reliable feedback and advise. Ensure that they know their information is safe with me.
